Hello Everyone! This is Sarah and I'm going to try to do a blog today.

On July 7th we took Lucas to his 2 month check-up. He weighed 15 lbs. 6.6 oz. He was 25 inches long and his head circumference was 41.5 cm. He also got three shots in both his legs. I couldn't go in with him because it was so sad! I heard his cry as soon as they stuck the needle in him. Daniel went in with him. As soon as he brought him out I held him close until he stopped crying. The rest of that day Lucas was not a very happy baby. Luckily he slept most of it.

One big thing Lucas has accomplished is rolling over. We have seen him do it three times. Now every time we try to record it, he won't do it! We are hoping to get it one of these days so we can show it to everyone.

We finally took him in the pool the other day. He didn't like getting wet past his waist but eventually we got him used to it and was able to pull him through the water. The greatest thing was he didn't cry at all. He just looked a little worried because it was something new. We also bought him a little boat that we float him around in.

He is starting to sleep longer through the night. Two nights ago he slept until 5:30. When I woke up to get him I was expecting the clock to read 3:30. It is nice to get a straight 6 hours of sleep!

Hopefully I'll be able to keep this updated. We don't want anyone to miss all the little things Lucas achieves everyday.
